Returns & exchanges.

We accept exchanges or returns within 3 days of delivery under the following conditions:

1. Defective or incorrect items: If you receive a damaged product or an incorrect size/design, notify us within 24 hours with an unboxing video/photo for an immediate replacement or full refund. 2. Sizing exchange: Items can be exchanged for a different size if stock is available. The jersey must be unworn, unwashed, with all original tags attached. The customer is responsible for courier return delivery fees. 3. Customized jerseys: Jerseys featuring custom names, custom player numbers, or special patches cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a manufacturer defect. 4. Refunds: Approved refunds are processed via the original payment method or MFS (bKash/Nagad) within 5–7 working days after receiving the returned item.
